摘  要:土壤标准样品分别采用微波消解和电热板消解两种消解方法;微波消解中采用了HNO3-HF-HCl、HNO3-HF-H2O2、HNO3-HCl-H2O23种不同酸消解体系进行消解。土壤样品微波消解后Cu和Cd用石墨炉分析,Zn用火焰法分析,Pb根据需要使用火焰法和石墨炉分析;土壤样品电热板消解后Cu、Zn、Pb均用火焰法分析,Cd用石墨炉分析,两个消解方法结果均符合质控要求,微波消解中三种不同的酸消解体系,其中HNO3-HCl-H2O2无法将样品消解完全,HNO3-HF-HCl、HNO3-HF-H2O2均可以将样品消解完全,分析结果符合质控要求。Standard soil samples were digested with microwave and electric heating plate two digestion method;microwave digestion used three different acid digestion system of nitric acid hydrofluoric acid- hydrochloric acid,nitric acid hydrofluoric acid- hydrogen peroxide, nitric acid hydrochloric acid- hydrogen peroxide digestion.Graphite furnace analysis of Cu and Cd in soil samples after microwave digestion and analysis by flame method Zn,Pb according to the need to use theflame method and graphite furnace analysis; soil sample electric hot plate di-gestion after Cu, Znand Pb were by flame method analysis, Cd Shi Molu analysis, two digestion method results are in accordance with the proper quality control requirements, three different acid digestion andmicrowave digestion system, including nitric acid hydrochloric acid- hydrogen peroxide will be unable to complete the sample resolu-tion, nitric acid hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid,nitric acid hydrofluoric acid- hydrogen peroxide can will complete the sample resolution, the analysis result accords with the demands of quality control.
