摘 要:通过分析滚动轴承结构特点,利用施加滚子轮廓线方法建立考虑轴承波纹度滚动轴承的多体动力学模型;将风机壳体及转轴进行柔性化,建立旋涡风机刚柔耦合的多体动力学模型;分析旋涡风机振动激励源与风机及轴承不同结构参数下振动特性。结果表明,轴承游隙存在会引起转频2倍频成分振动,且随游隙增加2倍频处振幅逐渐增加;波纹度存在,会产生对应波纹度阶次的高频成分振动,实际工况下高频成分会激发壳体模态引起壳体共振,影响燃料电池汽车的乘坐舒适性。Through the analysis of structure characteristics of rolling bearings, using the method of applying roller contour line, a multi-body dynamics model of rolling bearings considering the waviness was established. A rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of the blower by considering the flexibility of the shell and shaft was built. The vibration excitation source of the vortex blower was analyzed, and the vibration responses under different structural parameters were investigated. The results indicate that the existence of the bearing clearance will cause the vibration of double harmonic frequency and with the increase of clearance, the amplitude of double harmonic frequency component increases gradually. As a result of the waviness, the high frequency components of vibration corresponding to waviness were generated. The high frequency components can stimulate the resonance of the shell and reduce the ride comfort of fuel cell vehicle (FECV).
