摘 要:通过对旋转机械变速运行齿轮箱振动研究,提出基于频移及谱线编辑的齿轮故障窄带解调分析方法。对齿轮箱变速等非稳态信号进行时域同步采样,利用阶比跟踪对时域信号等角度重采样转换为角域准平稳信号,克服转速波动对信号分析产生的频率模糊现象;对角域信号进行同步平均削弱与转速无关的频率成分,提高信噪比;对平均信号进行窄带解调分析,通过对阶比谱自动编辑分离出齿轮故障主要啮合阶比分量后恢复到角域信号,进行幅值解调及基于频移的相位解调,据幅值解调及相位解调波形图提取齿轮故障特征。结果表明,基于频移、谱线编辑的齿轮故障窄带解调分析方法能有效提取齿轮故障特征信息。Through analyzing gearbox vibration signals under method of analyzing gear fault based on narrowband demodulation with time-domain signal was sampled under varying speed condition of varying speed conditions of rotating machinery, a frequency shift and spectrum edit was proposed. A gearbox and resampled at constant angle increments with the help of order tracking. The signal was thus converted into a stationary signal in the angle-domain, which can overcome the frequency blur caused by rotating speed fluctuation. Then, the angle-domain signal was processed by signal synchronous average in order to weaken the frequency components irrelevant to speed and to improve the signal to noise ratio. The averaged signal was demodulated and after seperating the main meshing order components of the gear fault from the automatically edited order spectrum, the signal was recovered to the angle-domain signal which was further processed by using amplitude and phase demodulation based on the frequency shift. The fault features of gear were finally extracted in accordance with the demodulated waveform diagrams. The simulations and tests were conducted respectively to verify the validity of the proposed method.
