摘 要:爆炸分离冲击环境地面模拟试验中一般通过悬挂试验实现。试验中连接两分离部件的爆炸螺栓预紧力可能会对分离冲击响应产生影响。爆炸螺栓预紧力由螺栓安装拧紧力矩与分离下件重量产生,通过分析该力矩及该重量变化研究预紧力对响应影响。通过数值模拟、试验研究,分别在时、频域对响应影响进行分析。结果表明,爆炸螺栓安装力矩及分离下件重量在一定范围内的变化对中远场冲击响应影响较小。The pyroshock simulation test on the ground is usually achieved through a hanging test. In the test, two separation parts are connected by explosive bolts, and the pretightening force of explosive bolts may have influence on impulse response during a pyroshock event. The pretightening force determined by the tightening torque and the weight of the lower separation part were considered as two important influential factors in the investigation. A FE numerical simulation and a hanging test were carried out. Different tightening torques and separation part weights were considered. The experimental results were analyzed both in time and frequency domain. Both the simulation and experimental results indicate that the influence of thoses two factors is limited in the mid-field and far-field of the bolts explosion.
