摘 要:14Cr1MoR(H)消应力退火温度一般在690℃左右,但该温度处于904L敏化温度范围(550~850℃)内。针对中国石化工程建设有限公司(SEI)设计的惠州炼化二期项目拟建POX装置氯洗塔用904L+14Cr1MoR(H)复合板爆炸焊接后需要经过消应力热处理的问题,在爆炸复合后进行系列热处理试验,并通过拉伸、弯曲、冲击、剪切等力学性能试验和复层耐蚀性试验,获得其最佳的热处理工艺。结果表明:经620~690℃热处理后,904L均发生晶界粗化,晶界有碳化物析出现象,只是程度不同而已,但晶间腐蚀试验均合格。根据各种热处理制度对材料的力学性能、耐蚀性能影响程度及设备复合板本体厚度,确定最终热处理工艺选定为(690±14)℃,180min保温时间(根据实际厚度选定),出炉风冷,综合性能最优。其力学性能和耐蚀性完全能够满足设计要求。The annealing temperature for stress removal of 14Crl MoR ( H ) steel is about 690 ℃, which is in the range of sensitizing temperature of 904L steel (550 - 850℃ ). For the chlorine scrubbing tower of POX unit in the Phase II project of CNOOC Huizhou Refining & Chemical Company where heat treatment is required after explosive welding of 904L + 14Crl MoR (H) composite plate designed by SINOPEC Engineering Incorporation (SEI), heat treatment test was performed after explosive welding and the mechanical tests such as dragging test, bending test, impingement test and shearing test are conducted to obtain the optimized heat treatment process. The results show that, after heat treatment under the temperature of 620 - 690 ℃, the 904L steel suffers from intergranular coursing and educting of carbides of different degrees. Whereas, the intergranular corrosion is within specifications in the test. Based upon the analysis of impacts of various heat treatment processes on mechanical performances, corrosion resistance of materials and thickness of composite plates, the 690 ± 14 ℃ temperature and 180 min heat keeping time (based upon the thickness of plates) are selected. As the results, the outlet air of furnace is cold, the comprehensive performances are excellent, and the mechanical performances and corrosion resistance performance can meet the design requirements.
