摘 要:某石化公司炼油厂Ⅱ催化裂化装置重新开工运行中频发泄漏20余次,由于腐蚀原因而导致的泄漏达12次,造成装置多次停工检修,严重影响了装置的正常生产。现场腐蚀调查发现吸收稳定系统的吸收塔顶、解析塔顶、塔顶换热器及保温层下管线等坑蚀或腐蚀减薄严重,以至部分设备及管线进行了整体更换。从原料油、停工、腐蚀结垢、焊接质量、设计规范、保温材料和制造质量等七方面分析讨论了装置开工过程中的泄漏原因及腐蚀机理,表明停工期间的电化学腐蚀、HCN-H2S-H2O型腐蚀是装置发生腐蚀泄漏的主要原因,而装置原料油硫含量的上升和设备制造焊接质量缺陷加剧了装置的腐蚀速率。最后,提出了Ⅱ催化装置设备泄漏的防护建议。The leaking occurred 20 times in the start - up of FCCU Ⅱ of a petrochemical company, in which 12 leakages are caused by corrosion. The frequently shutdown of unit for maintenance has seriously affected the normal operation of the unit. The field investigation of corrosion has found serious corrosion or corrosion thinning in the overheads of absorber and de - absorber, overhead heat exchangers and pipelines under the insulation of absorption and stabilization system. Some of equipment and pipelines had to be replaced. The leaking causes and corrosion mechanisms in the process of unit start up are studied in respect of feedstock, unit shutdown, corrosion fouling, welding quality, design codes and standard and insulation material and manufacturing quality, etc. It is found that the main causes of corrosion leaking are electro -chemical corrosion and HCN- H2S - H2O corrosion. The increased sulfur in the feedstock and defects in the welding of equipment have accelerated the corrosion rate of the unit. Corrosion prevention measures are recommended for FCCU Ⅱ.
