摘  要:某石化公司常减压蒸馏装置塔顶冷凝冷却系统中的低温部位腐蚀,采取"一脱三注"的工艺防腐蚀。通过对近期腐蚀数据进行分析,发现塔顶局部腐蚀加重。针对现场腐蚀情况,及时调整了工艺防腐蚀方案,进而调整缓蚀剂和中和剂的加入配比以及加入数量,检测数据表明常减压蒸馏装置塔顶部位的腐蚀得到了有效控制,达到了工艺防腐蚀的要求,取得了良好的防腐蚀效果,有效地控制了常减压蒸馏装置塔顶冷凝冷却系统的腐蚀,保障设备连续安全运行。The process of electro desalting and "three injections" are adopted for the low - temperature corrosion in the overhead condensing system of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit. The recent analysis of the corrosion data has found deteriorated local corrosion in the overhead, and corrosion prevention scheme has be adjusted in a timely manner based upon corrosion conditions such as adjustment of ratio of corrosion inhibitor to neutralizer and their respective dosages. The testing data indicate that the corrosion in the overhead of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit has been effectively brought under control, the corrosion prevention requirements have been met and good corrosion protection results have been achieved. The continuous safe stable operation of equipment has been ensured.
