摘　　要：哈南线是哈萨克斯坦南部别伊涅乌至奇姆奇特的输气管道工程,管道所经盐渍地区原敷设方案为地上管堤敷设,这种敷设方式对管道安全非常不利,按照哈国规范,经充分论证后将敷设方案改为地下管沟敷设,保证了管道的安全并节省了工程费用。从问题的提出与方案优化、优化方案的论证、成本控制等方面进行了介绍。The Beineu-Shymkent gas pipeline project is located in South Kazakhstan and passes through saline area. I he pipeline crossing saline area would be laid in aboveground embankment in the pipeline project preliminary design. After sufficient argumentation, the original pipeline laying scheme was changed to that of laying in trench to ensure pipeline safety and save engineering costs. In this paper, the raise of the question, the study of the optimal scheme and the control of cost are introduced.
