低危择期腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期应用抗菌药物研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨低危择期腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)围手术期应用抗菌药物的价值。方法:178例低危择期LC患者随机分为3组,A组59例,B组59例,C组60例,全面观察患者术后的切口感染、腹腔感染、肺部感染和泌尿系感染情况。结果:3组各项感染率和总感染率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:低危择期LC患者术后的感染率低,围手术期应用抗菌药物无价值。Objective：To discuss the value of antibacterial agents in low-risk elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy （ LC） during periopera-tive period. Methods：178 cases of low-risk elective LC patients were randomly divided into three groups, 59 cases in group A and group B, re-spectively, and 60 cases in group C. Those patients＇ situation of postoperative incision infection, intra-abdominal infection, pulmonary infection and urinary tract infection was thoroughly observed. Results：There was no significant difference in the infection rate and the total infection rate of each item mentioned above between three groups （ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion： The postoperative infection rate is low in low-risk elective LC pa-tients, and the application of antibacterial agents in perioperative period is worthless.
