摘　　要：目的:探讨化疗药物配置过程中的危险因素,总结安全管理经验。方法:分析化疗药物配置全程中细胞毒性药物威胁工作人员途径,提出解决对策。结果:2008-2014年,所有工作人员在例行体检中,未出现相关的毒性反应,2名工作人员正常生育,未见先天畸形,未出现重大安全责任事故,仅发生刺破1例,紧急处理后未见异常;抽检生物安全柜110次,空气颗粒、空气沉降菌、物体表面、人员手部、紫外线灯合格率均高于98%。结论:化疗药物配置安全管理是一项系统性工程,是医院安全管理重要组成部分,关系配置人员生命健康;我院化疗药物配置安全管理质量较好,应继续坚持。Objective：To explore the risk factors in the configuration process of chemotherapy drugs so as to sum up experience in safety man-agement. Methods：Evidence-based analysis of ways of cytotoxic drug threat to the staff in the whole process of chemotherapy drugs configuration was performed, and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed. Results：Since 2008 till now, there has been no correlative toxic response in the routine physical examination of all staff. 2 staff gave normal birth with no congenital deformities and no serious safety accident even for 1 case appeared, with only puncture in 1 case which did not show abnormality after emergency treatment. The sampling inspection of biological safety cabi-net was conducted 110 times, and the qualified rate of air particulate matter, air settling microbe, surface of objects, personnel＇s hands, and ultra-violet lamps was high above 98%. Conclusion：The safety management of chemotherapy drugs configuration, which is a systematic engineering and an important part of hospital safety management, relates to life and health of the staff responsible for chemotherapy drugs configuration. The quality of safety management of chemotherapy drugs configuration in our hospital is favorable, and should be kept carrying out.
