摘 要:在紫外照射下,将甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯(GMA)和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)分别接枝聚合到丙纶工业滤布表面;探讨了接枝体系的组成和照射时间对接枝率的影响;用红外光谱、扫描电镜、差示扫描量热仪和水接触角法等对接枝改性织物的微观结构与亲水性进行表征。实验结果表明,亲水性的HEMA不易在纤维表面附着,接枝物成颗粒状分散,接枝使织物的α晶结晶度降低和亲水性增加。疏水性的GMA分别在α晶和β晶的非晶区中聚合,使2种晶型的结晶度降低,接枝物几乎均匀覆盖在纤维表面。2种接枝物均使织物水通量下降,其中,亲水性接枝物水通量降低更明显。Glycidyl methacrylate( GMA) and hydroxyl ethyl methacrylate( HEMA) were grafted onto industrial polypropylene filter fabric surface under UV irradiation respectively,and the effects of composition of grafting solution and irradiation time on grafting yield were investigated. The microstructure and hydrophilicity of grafted fabrics were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,differential scanning calorimetry and water contact angle method. The results show that the hydrophilic monomer HEMA,unable to spread on the polypropylene fiber surface,causes the formation of granular grafting polymers on the surface,the decrease of the degree of alpha crystallinity,and yet the improvement of hydrophilicity. The grafting polymerization of hydrophobic GMA more or less results in the uniform coating on the fiber surface and the reductions of alpha and beta crystallinities. Both the graftings bring about the decrease of fabric water flux,especially the hydrophilic one.
