摘  要:同向非对称双螺杆挤出机作为新型加工设备,混合机理以及聚合物相形态变化是值得关注的重点。文中借助HDPE/PS共混体系,对同向非对称双螺杆挤出机螺槽充满程度以及螺杆输送机理做出简要分析,对挤出过程沿程混合相形态及分散相粒径统计分析表征。结果表明,同向非对称双螺杆挤出机中双头螺槽填充率高于单头,物料完全熔融后,粒径变化较小,而在同一径向长度,单头螺槽内分散相粒径略小于双头螺槽,并对这一现象进行了初步分析。The co-rotating non-twin screws extruder was a new type of extruder in which the asymmetrical effect was introduced into the screw channel to enhance mixing. The mixing mechanism and the change in polymer phase morphology were worth focusing on. The HDPE / PS blends were used to examine the fill degree and the screw conveying mechanisms in this new type of screw grooves,and then the phase morphology along extrusion process as well as the particle size distributions of dispersed phase was characterized. The experimental results show that the fill degree in the two-tips screw is larger than that in the one tip screw. The variation of the particle size is not significant after melting. However,at the same radial direction,the particle size of the dispersed phase in the one tip screw grooves is smaller than that in the two-tip screw,the reasons for this phenomenon were analyzed.
