摘  要:采用分步法成功制备了纳米石墨微片/聚氨酯/环氧复合体系。通过扫描电镜观察了纳米石墨微片在复合体系中的分散情况;力学性能的测试结果表明,当改性纳米石墨微片添加量为0.25%,其拉伸强度达到60 MPa,比未添加纳米石墨微片体系提高了36.7%,弯曲强度为93.1 MPa,增加了59.4%;当改性纳米石墨微片添加量为4%时,拉伸模量为2672MPa,提高了73.1%,弯曲模量达到2470 MPa,比纯体系增加了76.1%;动态力学分析结果表明,加入改性纳米石墨微片(GNS)后,复合体系的玻璃化转变温度及阻尼温域均增加,GNS质量分数为2%时,其阻尼温域达到最大。The graphite nanosheets( GNS) modified polyurethane( PU) / epoxy resin( EP) composites were successfully prepared through sequential polymerization. The dispersion of GNS in composites was characterized by scanning electron microscope( SEM). The mechanical properties of composites show that the maximum of tensile strength and tensile modulus achieves to 60 MPa and 93. 1 MPa respectively when the addition of GNS is 0. 25%. Compared to the neat system,the tensile modulus and flexural strength of PU / EP composite with 4% GNS are increased by 73. 1%,and76. 1% respectively. With the introduction of modified GNS,the composites have higher Tgand wider damping temperature range than pure EP / PU composite. The maximum of damping temperature range is obtained at the modified GNS content of 2%.
