浅谈如何加强居民小区消防设施、器材的维护管理

摘　　要：近年来,小区消防设施的"健康"状况成了居民普遍关心的热点问题。消防设施、器材损坏给小区居民的生命和财产安全埋下了火灾隐患。笔者通过两个典型的火灾案例,分析了当前小区消防设施、器材维护不善导致"瘫痪"的四个方面"症结",并"对症下药"提出了五个方面的建议。In recent years,the ＂ health＂ condition of the fire control facilities in area became the hot issues the residents generally concerned about. Damage of fire control facilities and devices for residents of the community＇s life and property safety planted fire hazards.Through two typical fire cases,the writer analyzes the current community fire control facilities and devices of poor maintenance lead to ＂ paralysis＂ four aspects of the ＂ problem＂,and ＂ suit the remedy to the case＂ five Suggestions are put forward.
