VEGF-C和CCBE1在子宫内膜异位症组织中的表达与意义

摘　　要：目的探讨淋巴管生成因子VEGF-C和CCBE1在子宫内膜异位症(EMs)的在位、异位内膜及正常子宫内膜中的表达与意义。方法采用免疫组化和RT-PCR方法检测西安交通大学第二附属医院妇科腹腔镜中心手术获得的36例子宫内膜异位症患者的在位、异位内膜和40例子宫肌瘤患者的正常子宫内膜中VEGF-C和CCBE1在蛋白水平和mRNA水平的表达。结果 VEGF-C和CCBE1在三组内膜中均有表达,且主要定位于细胞质。VEGF-C在子宫内膜异位症在位内膜和异位内膜中的表达明显高于正常子宫内膜(P<0.05),而在异位和在位内膜组织中表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CCBE1在子宫内膜异位症在位内膜和异位内膜中的表达明显高于正常子宫内膜(P<0.05),且在异位和在位内膜组织中表达也有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)和淋巴管生成因子(CCBE1)在子宫内膜异位症的在位和异位内膜组织中表达增高,可能参与了子宫内膜异位症的病理生理过程。Objective To explore the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor-C（VEGF-C） and lymphatic generated factors 1 （CCBE1） and its significance in eutopic and ectopic endometria of endometriosis and normal endometria.Methods Immunohistochemistry（IHC） and RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of VEGF-C and CCBE1 in eutopic and ectopic endometria of endometriosis and normal endometria obtained from Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi＇ an Jiaotong University at both protein level and mRNA level.Results The expression of VEGF-C in eutopic and ectopic endometria of endometriosis was significantly higher than that in normal endometria（P ＜ 0.05）,but there was no difference between eutopic and ectopic endometria of endometriosis（P ＞ 0.05）.The expression of CCBE1 in eutopic and ectopic endometria of endometriosis was significantly higher than that in normal endometria（P ＜ 0.05）.The expression of CCBE1 in eutopic endometria was higher than that in ectopic endometria（P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion VEGF-C and CCBE1,which express highly in both eutopic endometria and ectopic endometria of endometriosis,may participate in the pathogenesis and development of endometriosis.
