摘　　要：介绍了当前国内外环氧固化剂胺值测定的方法,并分析了胺值测定结果的影响因素。在此基础上,提出了能完全溶解待测试样的重要溶剂邻硝基甲苯。采用该方法滴定过程无浑浊现象,终点变色敏锐,测定结果准确度高,适用于胺类环氧固化剂的总胺值测定。The methods of determining amine value of epoxy hardener at home and abroad were introduced. The influence factors of testing results were analyzed. On this basis,o-nitrotoluene that can completely dissolve the epoxy hardener as an important solvent was mentioned. This new method has advantages of cloudiness in titration process,color change sharply at end point,high accuracy of measurement results,and can be applied for total amine value testing of epoxy resin hardener.
