摘　　要：经过两年分别在四个省份开展0.3%辛硫磷颗粒剂防治甘蔗蔗龟的试验,探索有效剂量,观察和评估该药剂对甘蔗及有益天敌生物的安全性。试验结果:0.3%辛硫磷颗粒剂的有效使用剂量为100kg^150kg/666.7m2(有效成分用量为4500~6750g/hm2),该药剂对甘蔗安全、无药害,且有助长作用;对有益的天敌生物(如寄生蜂、蚜茧蜂、赤眼蜂、瓢虫等)没有不良影响,同时对蔗螟、蓟马、象甲等甘蔗害虫具有兼治作用。本试验研究为0.3%辛硫磷颗粒剂申报甘蔗农药登记和推广应用提供了扎实的试验基础和有力的科学依据。To provide a scientific basis for the 0.3% phoxim granules declaring sugarcane pesticide registration and applica- tion.Test two years to carry out the 0.3% phoxim granules on sugarcane beetles in four provinces, explore the effective dose, to observe and evaluate the safety of this pesticide on sugarcane and beneficial natural enemy biological.Effective use of dose of 0.3% phoxim granules was lOOkg/666.7m^2-150kg/666.7m^2 （The effective components of dosage was 4500g/hm^2~ 6750g/hm^2）,the pesticide for sugarcane safe, non-injury,and have a role in fuelling;No adverse effects on beneficial preda- tors,such as Parasitic wasps,Aphidius,Trichogramma,Ladybug and so on,at the same time with cure effect on sugarcane borer, thrips,weevil etc. sugarcane pest.This experimental research provides the solid experimental basis and strong scientific basis for 0.3% phoxim granules declaring sugarcane pesticide registration and application.
