摘　　要：地方音乐文化既是中国非物质文化遗产的重要组成内容，同时也体现了一个地区的软实力。基于此，文章研究了张家口非物质文化遗产音乐传承人的培养模式，这既顺应了高等教育改革的历史潮流，提高了张家口学院服务地方的能力，同时也完善了张家口学院课程体系。Local music culture is not only an important part of China＇s intangible cultural heritage, but also reflects the soft power of a region. Based on this, this paper analysis the training mode of cultural heritage music heritage of Zhangjiakou university, which conforms to the historical trend of the reform of higher education, improve the ability of local services of Zhangjiakou university, and at the same time, improving the curriculum system of Zhangjiakou.
