“棒棒”的生计方式与就业空间研究

摘　　要：中国农民工以就业型迁徙为主,其中一部分在非正规经济中实现就业。对重庆零散人力搬运业的考察,揭示了农民所固有的乡土社会的文化特质在零散人力搬运业中得到了一定程度的延续,表明该生计方式的特殊性与农民自身条件和需要之间、从业者文化观念和生活习俗与特定生计方式之间、重庆当地市民的文化性格与从业者文化特质之间都存在密切关联,这些发现可为探讨重庆零散人力搬运就业空间和市场需求提供一个新的视角。The migration of peasant workers in China are mainly employment- based,and some of them take up an occupation in informal economy. The investigation into the scattered human porterage inChongqing reveals that rurality inherent in peasants is carried over in human porterage,and reflects the close relations between the particularity of this means of livelihood and the qualifications and needs of practitioners,practitioners' cultural values and customs and the particular means of livelihood,as well as local citizens' cultural characteristics and practitioners' cultural characteristics. These findings provide a new angle to the research of market demand and employment space for porterage in Chongqing.
