摘  要:为了有效降低涡旋齿端面轴向间隙的径向泄漏,提出齿顶槽内安装密封机构的技术方案,该机构由弹簧和密封条组成,借助压差力作用使密封条底部弹簧产生位移,间接调控轴向间隙,实现齿顶间隙密封.建立压差作用时的密封条工作模型,以密封条受力分析为出发点,详细阐述密封条区间轴向间隙计算模型及理论依据,提出运用截尾均值法求解最佳轴向间隙.通过对密封机构弹簧位移和齿顶轴向间隙的变化规律进行算例研究,探讨压差力、弹簧位移和轴向间隙关联关系,对最佳轴向间隙数值进行评价.结果表明,腔间压差力决定弹簧位移和轴向间隙的数值,运用截尾均值法获得的轴向间隙,可以实现齿顶密封条无压差区域存在轴向间隙而无泄漏,有压差区域因压差较低、轴向间隙较小而产生微量泄漏.In order to effectively reduce radial leakage from axial clearance at scroll teeth top, a technical scheme is presented that a sealing mechanism is to be fixed into the groove of scroll teeth top. It consists of a spring and seal element and the spring will be displaced due to the pressure differential force at the W bottom of the sealing element, so that the axial clearance can be adjusted and controlled indirectly, realizing the clearance seal of scroll teeth top. A working model of the seal element is established under the action of pressure differential force. Starting from the analysis of the forces on the sealing element, the cal- culation model and theoretical basis of axial clearance are expounded in detail for the interval of seal ele- ment. A optimal axial clearance is calculated with tail-cutting mean method. By means of investigating the spring displacement of the sealing mechanism and the variation pattern of axial clearance with a computa- tional example, the correlation among the pressure differential force, spring displacement, and axial clear- ance is discussed and the optimal value of the axial clearance is assessed. The results show that the spring displacement and axial clearance will be determined by the pressure differential force between the chambers. The value of axial clearance obtained with tail-cutting mean method can make the leakage-free realized in the region of sealing element at scroll teeth top without pressure differential but with axial clearance, though. In the region with pressure differential, the' axial clearance is smaller and only a minute amount of leakage takes place due to low pressure difference.
