摘 要:对太阳能集热器热性能的测试方法以及流量对平板太阳能集热器集热效率的影响进行实验研究,通过测量集热器在流量为0.01、0.02、…、0.10kg/s的工况下集热器进出口温度,计算太阳能集热器集热效率,同时根据实验值推导集热器热转移因子以及总热损系数在不同流量下的值,观察集热器效率、热转移因子及总热损系数随流量的变化趋势.通过热转移因子、总热损系数分别对流量进行拟合回归,建立关于流量的集热器效率方程式.结果表明,建立的集热器效率方程可以很好地反映出不同流量工况下集热器效率的变化趋势且能得到一定条件下集热器最佳性能的流量.The test method for flat-plate solar heat collector, and the effect of flow rate on its thermal efficiency are investigated experimentally. By means of measuring the fluid temperature at the inlet and outlet of solar heat collector in the case of flow rate 0. 01, 0.02, ……, 0. 10 kg/s, its thermal efficiency is calculated and meantime, its heat removal factor and overall heat loss coefficient are also derived according to their experimental data for different flow rate. The variation trend of solar heat collector efficiency, heat removal factor, and overall heat loss coefficient with flow rate is observed. By means of fitted regression of flow rate with heat removal factor and overall heat loss coefficient, respectively, a flow rate efficiency equation is built up. The results show that is equation can well reflect ,the variation trend of the efficiency of solar heat collectors under different condition of flow rate, and the optimal flow rate can readily be ohtained.
