摘 要:利用面板数据个体固定效应模型,以产业结构为因变量,物流产业集聚为核心解释变量,货运量、物流人力资本、固定资产投资及政府干预为控制变量,实证检验黑龙江省12地市2005-2012年间物流产业集聚对产业结构贡献的影响。结果表明:物流产业集聚对产业结构贡献呈现不显著的负效应,控制变量中政府干预有显著的正效应、物流人力资本有不显著的正效应、固定资产投资有显著的负效应、货运量有不显著的负效应。黑龙江省及地方政府应从创造良好软硬环境着手,加强物流产业的发展,提升物流产业集聚效应。Based on the panel data of entity fixed effect model,this research takes industrial structure as the dependent variable,logistics industrial agglomeration as the key explanatory variable,and the quantity of shipments,logistics human capital,fixed investment and government intervention as control variables. An empirical test is conducted to examine the effect of logistics industry agglomeration on industrial structure contribution in 12 cities of Heilongjiang Province during 2005- 2012. The results show that:( 1) logistics industry agglomeration presents no significant negative effects on industrial structure contribution;( 2) government intervention of control variables has obvious positive effect;( 3) logistics human capital has no significant positive effect;( 4) fixed investments have significant negative effect; and( 5) the quantity of shipments has no significant negative effect. It is proposed that Heilongjiang provincial government and the local governments should put forward relevant policies to promote the development of logistics industry and enhance logistics industrial agglomeration.
