摘　　要：竹埠港地区实施"退二进三"产业战略,对竹埠港地区产业转型升级,确保经济社会协调发展,具有重要的现实意义。在梳理竹埠港产业发展历史与"退二进三"历程的基础上,阐述了当前竹埠港地区重金属污染治理的具体举措与建设成效,并进而以生态系统理论为指导,提出了从模式选择到具体模式设计的较完整的竹埠港地区生态系统的恢复战略。It is the major and immediate significance to carry out Quit Two and Enter Three industry in Zhubugang by in order to advance Zhubugang in nomic collaborative development. Based on the dustry transition and upgrading, to assure the social and ecocarding the history of Zhubugang industry development and the process of Quit Two and Enter Three, the paper illustrates the achievements in the control of heavy metal pollution in Zhubugang concrete measures and important building and further guided by ecology system theory puts forward the fairy round ecology system restoration strategy from mode choice to concrete mode design in Zhubugang.
