摘　　要：创业,是当今社会发展的大趋势。在我国,创业已成为越来越多的大学毕业生的就业选择。青年大学生是创新创业的主力军,但创业的道路充满曲折。大学生创新创业意识和创业能力的培养是高校的重大课题。论述了高校创新创业教育的重要意义,探讨了如何进行大学生创新创业意识和创业精神的培养。Carving-out is now the large tendency of society. In China, Carving out has become the employment choice for more and more university graduates. The youth university students are the main force for carving out even the path to carving out is very difficult. It is the key subject to do the cultivation of innovation ＆ carving out for university graduates. The paper illustrates the important meaning of carving out education in higher education and probes how to cultivate the consciousness and spirit.
