马钢11号高炉炉缸二层水温差升高的处理

摘　　要：马钢11号高炉炉缸采用高铝砖砌筑,2015年4月份开始炉缸二层水温差逐步升高,通过采取控制冶强,炉缸冷板双联常压供水改单联高压供水,改善煤气流分布等措施,使得水温差逐步降低并稳定在合适范围,确保了高炉安全稳定顺行。No. 11 BF hearth of masteel is made of alumina brick. Water temperature difference in second layer shows a growth from April,2015. A series of measures are adopted,such as controlling output,high pressure water supply,and improving gas distribution etc. As a result,water temperature difference is decreased to reasonable range gradually and BF achieves long- time stability in production.
