摘　　要：目的:分析骨科门诊中成药处方进行合理性,为中成药临床合理使用提供参考。方法:采用随机性抽取和回顾性调查方法,选取医院2013年3—5月间骨科门诊中成药处方5 280张,并分别按照DDDs,DDC,DUI和销售金额对其合理性进行统计分析。结果:5 280张处方中,用药不合格处方为187张,不合格处方比例为3.54%,符合"三甲"医院综合管理处方统计指标(处方合格率≥95%)要求。结论:骨科门诊中成药使用中还存在较多问题,药师应当认真把好合理用药关,确保临床用药安全、有效和经济。Objective： To analyze the rationality of Chinese patent medicine in patients of orthopedics outpatient of Xijing hospital,and to provide a reference for clinical rational use of Chinese patent medicine. Methods： Using random sampling and retrospective investigation method,5 280 prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine for outpatients during the period of March to May 2013 were randomly sampled from our orthopedics,and were analyzed in the rationality and DDDs,DDC,DUI and sales amount. Results： Of the total 5 280 prescriptions were reviewed and 187（3.54%） were unreasonable prescriptions,less than the requested by level of first-class hospital comprehensive management prescription statistics index（ration of qualified prescription≥95%）. Conclusion： The utilization of Chinese patent medicines in our hospital still has some problems. So,pharmacists should be very careful in the rational use of drugs, to ensure the clinical medication safety,effectiveness and the economy.
