328例住院患者万古霉素的用药情况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析医院万古霉素临床使用情况,以促进其合理使用。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,收集医院2013年7—12月使用万古霉素的住院患者328例临床用药资料,分析其病原学检查结果、用药指征等。结果:使用万古霉素的患者药物利用指数(DUI)为0.75,治疗有效例数为312例(占95.2%),其中监测血药浓度患者为27例(占8.2%)。结论:医师应严格掌握万古霉素的用药指征,避免单凭经验用药;加强对患者万古霉素血药浓度监测,严格控制特殊级药物使用,从而提高万古霉素的临床疗效及合理用药水平。Objective： To analyze the clinical usage of vancomycin and to prompt its rational use. Methods： 328 patients＇ data of using vancomycin from July to December 2013 were collected, meanwhile their pathogenic examination results and medication indications were analyzed by retrospective study method. Results： DUI of patients treated with vancomycin was 0.75,while 312 cases（95.2%） gained effective result. In 27 cases（8.2%） drug serum concentration was monitored. Conclusion： The strict vancomycin medication indications should be obeyed to avoid merely empirical antibiotics treatment. However the blood concentration monitor should be reinforced,and special grade drug should be strictly controlled,so as to improve clinical therapeutic effects and rational drug-usage level.
