摘 要:结合某高层剪力墙结构组合隔震设计,总结了隔震设计的流程与相关技术要点,应用该技术解决了高烈度区高层住宅的安全性和经济性问题。对设计中的支座竖向承载力和抗风承载力、偏心率、上部结构地震作用以及抗震措施等技术问题进行控制。然后,对隔震结构的抗倾覆能力、大震承载力、变形需求等进行了分析。分析结果表明:该隔震设计流程与相关结构方案可为同类工程提供参考。Based on the combined isolation design of a high-rise shear wall structure,the isolation design process and related technical key points are summarized in this paper. The safety and economy problems of high-rise residential building are solved by adopting isolation technology in high intensity zones. The vertical bearing capacity and wind resistance bearing capacity are controlled,the eccentricity control,the earthquake action of upper structure and the seismic measures are considered. And then,the ability to resist overturning moment,bearing capacity of major earthquakes and deformation capacity of the isolation structure are analyzed. The analysis results show that the design process and isolation structure scheme can provide a reference for similar projects.
