水上搜救有关问题的比较分析

摘　　要：近年来,我国水上运输持续快速发展,水上安全形势也愈加严峻。2015年6月1日发生的"长江之星"客轮翻沉重大安全事故,更暴露了我国水上搜救系统的不足。鉴此,文中从我国水上搜救体制的沿革与现状出发,借鉴其他发达国家的水上搜救管理体制经验,对我国水上搜救提出相关改进建议。In the recent years,with the continuous and rapid development of maritime transportation,the maritime safety situation has also become more severe. The major safety accident of the Oriental Star,the passenger ship which capsized on June 1 this year,has revealed the inadequacy of China’s maritime search and rescue system. In view of the existing conditions,the paper starts from the evolution and existing conditions of China’s maritime search and rescue system,learns from the experience of other developed countries in maritime search and rescue scheme,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
