摘 要:目的探究低强度激光治疗联合有氧运动对骨质疏松患者骨结构与骨代谢的影响。方法选取2013年12月至2014年12月我院收治的100例老年骨质疏松症患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予低强度激光治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予有氧运动治疗,比较两组患者骨密度变化情况。结果观察组患者治疗后的L1-L4与左侧股骨颈BMD分别为(1.23±0.03)g/cm2、(1.01±0.02)g/cm2,对照组治疗后的L1-L4与左侧股骨颈BMD分别为(1.13±0.01)g/cm2、(0.94±0.01)g/cm2,观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的BGP与U-Pyd/Cr分别为(5.78±0.42)μg/L、(36.9±3.2)nmol/mmol,对照组治疗后的BGP与U-Pyd/Cr分别为(1.94±0.32)g/cm2、(30.1±2.4)g/cm2,观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有氧运动结合电刺激治疗老年骨质疏松症的临床效果显著,能有效促进患者的骨密度与骨吸收,对预防患者的骨折具有良好的作用。Objective To explore the effect of lowintensity laser therapy combined with aerobic exercise on bone structure and bone metabolism. Methods One hundred elderly patients with osteoporosis were selected in our hospital as the research subjects from December 2013 to December 2014. According to the different treatment methods they were divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group received a lowintensity laser treatment. Patients in the observation group received aerobic exercise therapy besides the laser treatment. Changes of bone mineral density were compared between the two groups.Results BMD of L1-L4 and the left femoral neck of patients was 1. 23 ± 0. 03 g / cm2 and 1. 01 ± 0. 02 g / cm2,respectively,in the observation group,and 1. 13 ± 0. 01 g / cm2 and 0. 94 ± 0. 01 g / cm2,respectively,in the control group after the treatment. The results in observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with a statistically significance( P〈0. 05).BGP and U-Pyd / Cr were 5. 78 ± 0. 42 μg / L and 36. 9 ± 3. 2 nmol / L,respectively,in the observation group,and 1. 94 ± 0. 32 g /cm2 and 30. 1 ± 2. 4 nmol / L,respectively,in the control group after treatment. The results in observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with a statistically significance( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Aerobic exercise combined with electrical stimulation has significant clinical effect on the treatment of senile osteoporosis. It can effectively promote bone mineral density and bone resorption,and has good effect on prevention of fractures.
