摘 要:为促进藏西南地区水资源合理配置和生态文明建设,以多雄藏布流域为例,提出一般节水、标准节水和强化节水3种模式。结合藏南地区特殊的生态和经济社会发展定位,将农牧业水、土资源作为一个整体系统,采用DPSIR模型,构建水土资源承载力评价指标体系。采用多层次模糊综合评价方法建立农牧业水土资源承载力计算模型,评价流域2020年和2030年不同节水模式下的农牧业水土资源承载力的相对等级,结合投入产出关系,确定标准节水模式为最佳方案。In order to promote reasonable allocation for water resource and construction of ecological civilization, it used Duoxiongzang-bu basin as the example to raise 3 types methods of common water saving, standard water saving and strengthening water saving. It combined special ecology and positioning of economical society development in southwest area of Tibet, made agriculture and husbandry water and soil resource as a whole system, and took DPSIR model to construct evaluation index system for soil and water resources car-rying capacity. It took the method of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to set up calculation model for water and soil resources carrying capacity of agriculture and husbandry, evaluated relative level for water and soil resources carrying capacity of agriculture and husbandry under different water saving mode in the basin of 2020 and 2030. It combined input-output relationship to determine standard water saving mode as the optimal method.
