摘　　要：针对双箱吊具中锁位置的调整会影响岸桥作业效率的问题,对现有功能组件进行改进,在不增加硬件配置的前提下,利用岸桥的海陆侧自动判别限位实现岸桥海陆侧中锁位置的智能设定,减少吊具在吊双箱时手动调节中锁位置的时间及简化操作流程,提高双箱的装卸效率,减轻司机的操作强度,同时对吊具的整体性能也有一定的保护作用。The existing functional components are improved which influenced by the adjustment of twin-container crane operating. Taken advantage of intelligent setting of quayside container crane without adding hardware, the device is manually operated with lowering time and simplifying operating steps. Meanwhile, efficiency of twin-container operating is improved, working strengthen is lighten and overall performance of the facility is protected.
