摘  要:以醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)为单体、歧化松香为改性剂、聚乙烯醇(PVA-1788)为保护胶体、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为乳化剂和过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用种子细乳液法制备了歧化松香改性聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)乳液。采用单体半连续滴加工艺,考察了PVA-1788、SDS、APS、歧化松香掺量以及反应温度对乳液聚合反应及其性能的影响。研究结果表明:最佳聚合条件是w(PVA-1788)=8%、w(SDS)=2.0%、w(APS)=0.08%、w(歧化松香)=4%(均相对于VAc质量而言)和聚合温度为75℃,此时,PVAc复合乳液的粘接强度为10.50 MPa、胶膜吸水率为15.6%、乳液粒径为331.1 nm和单体转化率为97.9%。With vinyl acetate(VAc) as monomer,disproportionated rosin as modifier, polyvinyl alcohol(PVA- 1788) as protective colloid, sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) as emulsifier and ammonium persulfate(APS) as initiator, a polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) emulsion modified by disproportionated rosin was prepared by seed miniemulsion. The influences of some factors (PVA- 1788 contents, SDS contents, APS contents, disproportionated rosin contents, and reaction temperatures) on polymerization and properties of emulsion were investigated by semi- continuous dropping process of monomers. The research results showed that the optimal polymerization conditions were obtained when mass fractions of PVA- 1788, SDS, APS, and disproportionated rosin were 8%, 2.0%, 0.08%, and 4% in VAc, and polymerization temperature was 75 ℃.Here, the bonding strength of PVAc compound emulsion was 10.50 MPa, water absorption of film was 15.6%, particle size of emulsion was 331.1 nm, and conversion rate of monomer was 97.9%.
