摘　　要：目的探讨经皮穿刺侧路镜下椎间盘髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法对11例腰椎间盘突出症患者均行经皮穿刺侧路镜下椎间盘髓核摘除术。观察11例患者术前,术后当时、术后1周和术后1、3个月疼痛程度及临床疗效。结果 11例患者术后当时、术后1周和术后1、3个月VAS得分分别为(4.18±0.98)分、(2.55±0.93)分、(1.82±1.08)分和(1.18±0.75)分,均明显低于术前的(8.55±1.04)分(均P<0.05)。按改良的Macnab疗效评定标准评定:优8例,良2例,差1例,优良率为90.9%。结论经皮穿刺侧路镜下椎间盘髓核摘除术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种有效方法,具有手术创伤小、术后疼痛轻及术后恢复快等优点。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of percutaneous transforaminal lateral endoscopic discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Percutaneous transforaminal lateral endoscopic discectomy was performed in 11 patients with lumbar disc herniation.The degree of pain and clinical efficacy were observed before operation,immediately after operation,and 1week,1month and 3months after operation.Results The VAS scores were 8.55±1.04,4.18±0.98,2.55±0.93,1.82±1.08 and 1.18±0.75 before operation,immediately after operation,1week after operation,1 month after operation and 3 months after operation,respectively.VAS scores were significantly decreased after percutaneous transforaminal lateral endoscopic discectomy（P〈0.05）.According to the modified Macnab criteria,the outcome was excellent in 8patients,good in 2patients and poor in 1patient.The excellent and good rate was90.9%.Conclusion Percutaneous transforaminal lateral endoscopic discectomy is effective for lumbar disc herniation and is associated with small trauma,mild postoperative pain and fast recovery.
