摘  要:油基泡沫钻井液可解决强水敏地层的井壁稳定、易漏地层、低压储层、枯竭地层的储层保护,对提高低压油气藏开发效果具有重大现实意义。本文利用SHM-01型钻井液高温高压密度特性模拟实验装置,测定了压力、温度对油基泡沫钻井液密度的影响,研究表明:其密度随温度升高而降低,随压力升高而增加,并且压力达10.5 MPa以上时,钻井液密度上升趋势趋于平缓。通过室内实验数据,建立了油基泡沫钻井液密度与井深的关系。现场应用结果表明,油基泡沫钻井液具有良好的储层保护效果。To use oil-based foam drilling fluid can solve the problems of borehole stability for strong water-sensitivity formations, and reservoir protection for leakage formation, low-pressure reservoir, and depleted formation. It has a great significance for improving development effect of low-pressure reservoirs. In this study, simulation experiment device for HT/HP density characteristics of SHM-01 drilling fluid was used to determine the effects of pressure and temperature on the density of oil-based foam drilling fluid. Result shows that(1) this density decreases with an increase of temperature, and increases with the increase of pressure; and(2) when pressure reaches over 10.5 MPa, the upward trend of density will flatten out. Based on laboratory data, the relationship between density and well depth was established. Field application indicates that the drilling fluid has a favorable effect on reservoir protection.
