结核患者的CD_(39)^+调节性T细胞的免疫研究

摘　　要：目的研究外周血中CD+4CD+25CDlow127细胞与CD+39CD+4CD+25CDlow127细胞在健康人、隐性结核感染者和活动性结核患者中表达水平的差异。方法检测10例健康对照者、26例隐性感染结核者及35例活动性结核感染者外周血的CD+4CD+25CDlow127细胞与CD+39CD+4CD+25CDlow127细胞的表达水平。结果外周血的CD+4CD+25CDlow127细胞在健康对照组、隐性感染组及活动性结核组的表达分别为(4.84±0.85)%、(6.95±0.64)%、(9.49±1.14)%。三组之间比较有显著性差异(P均<0.01)。外周血的CD+39CD+4CD+25CDlow127细胞在健康对照组、隐性感染组及活动性结核组的表达分别为(3.24±0.60)%、(4.88±0.54)%、(7.48±0.83)%,组别之间比较有显著性差异(P均<0.01)。结论 CD+4CD+25CDlow127细胞与CD+39CD+4CD+25CDlow127细胞在活动性结核与隐匿性结核中的表达上差异或与免疫抑制和免疫耐受的强度有关,是区分两者的优选指标。Objective To study the difference of CD4＋CD25＋CD127low cells and CD39＋CD4＋CD25＋CD127low cells in peripheral blood among healthy people, the lment tuberculosis infection and active tuberculosis patients. Methods Flow cytometry was applied to detect the expression percentage of peripheral blood CD4＋CD25＋ CD1271ow cells and CD39＋CD4＋CD25＋CD127low ceils in healthy people （the healthy control group, n = 20） , latent tuberculosis infection patients （the latent infection group, n = 26） and active tuberculosis patients （ the active tuberculosis group, n = 35 ）. Resets The percentage of CD4＋low CD25＋CD127low cells accounted for 4. 84 ±0. 85% in the control group, 6. 95 ±0. 64% in the latent infection group and 9.49 ± 1.14% in the active tuberculosis group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The percentage of CD39＋CD4＋CD25＋CD127low cells accounted for 3.24±0. 60% in the control group, 4. 88 ±0. 54% in the latent infection group and 7.48 ＋ 0. 83% in the active tuberculosis group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The expression difference of CD4＋CD25＋CD127low cells and CD39＋ CD4＋CD25＋CD127low cells between latent tuberculosis infection and active tuberculosis patients may be related with the intensity of the immunosuppression and immune tolerance.
