老年高血压与OSAS临床相关性探讨

摘　　要：目的研究老年高血压与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)的相关性。方法收集我院高血压合并OSAS患者104例,根据多导睡眠图监测结果分为A组56例和B组48例,同期无OSAS的单纯高血压120例纳入C组。结果三组间24 h SBP、日间SBP和夜间SBP比较差异具有显著性(P<0.01),A组显著高于C组,B组显著高于C组和A组(P<0.05)。三组间LSa O2比较差异具有显著性(P<0.01),A组显著低于C组,B组显著低于A组(P<0.01)。24 h SBP与AHI水平具有正相关性。结论老年高血压与OSAS具有正相关性,OSAS参与了老年高血压的发病机制。Objective To study the correlation between hypertension and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome （OSAS） of elderly patients. Methods 104 patients with hypertension and OSAS were divided into the group A （n = 56） and the group B （n = 48 ） according to polysomnographie monitoring results. 120 hypertensive patients without OSAS were seleeted as the group C at the same period. Results There were significant differences in 24 h SBP, daytime SBP and nighttime SBP among the three group （ P 〈 0.01 ） , which were the highest in the group B, followed by the group A and the group C （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The value of LSaO2 was the lowest in the group B, followed by the group A and the group C （P 〈 0.01 ）. 24 hSBP was positively correlated with the level of AHI. Conclusion Hyper- tension has a positive correlation with OSAS in elderly patients, and OSAS involves in the pathogenesis of hyperten- sion.
