摘 要:讨论了气囊-浮筏耦合的船用转子-轴承系统的动力学建模以及其非线性动力学特性。首先,基于短轴承理论,建立了气囊-浮筏的转子-轴承系统的动力学模型。采用数值分析的方法,分析了系统的非线性动力学行为,如稳态响应、轴心轨迹、Poincaré映射、分岔图以及最大Lyapunov指数等。研究结果表明,在较低转速下,系统会呈现单周期运动,随着转速的不断增大,系统出现单周期、倍周期、拟周期和混沌等复杂的非线性动力学行为,这些动力学特性可以为气囊-浮筏耦合船用转子-轴承系统的振动控制及其参数优化提供理论依据。A dynamic model of marine rotor-bearing system coupled by the air bag and floating is developed and its nonlinear dynamic characteristics are mainly discussed in this paper.First,on the basic assumption theory of short bearing,the dynamic model of rotor-bearing system coupled with air-floating is developed and its nonlinear dynamic behaviors are mainly analyzed by numerical method,such as the steady-state response,rotor orbit,Poincarémap,bifurcation diagram and the largest Lyapunov exponent(LLE),etc.The results indicate that the steady state responses are the synchronous motion at the lower speeds,with increasing the speed it reveals the complex nonlinear dynamic phenomena,such as period two,quasi-period and chaotic motions.Above all the dynamic characteristics can provide the theoretic supporting for the vibration control and its optimizing parametric optimization of the marine rotor-bearing system coupled by air bag-floating.
