摘　　要：通过改进动力波喷淋逆喷管压力,循环洗涤液流量、电除雾器电压、固氟剂的加入方式等措施,得出了160万t/a冶炼烟气制酸净化系统最佳调控参数,烟气净化后,酸雾≤3mg/m3、F≤0.25mg/m3、As≤0.6mg/m3。The optimization and regulation parameters of purification system of off-gas acid-making with capacity of 1 600 kt/a were obtained by improvements on pressure of dynamic wave spray inverse nozzle, flow rate of circulation washing solution, voltage of electric mist precipitator, and feeding mode of fluorine retention agent. The indexes after purification include acid mist≤3mg/m^3,F≤0.25mg/m^3,and As≤0.6mg/m^3.
