番茄砧木苗期筛选及田间抗性鉴定研究

摘　　要：针对山东省保护地番茄连作障碍日益严重的现状,收集7份国内外番茄砧木商用品种,通过调查砧木苗期性状、嫁接苗生理指标及生育期抗性等,综合评价砧木表现,筛选出嫁接成活率高、生长势旺、抗性强的砧木品种,其中砧木一号、亲和、Root Stock 401、JZM-1可在番茄嫁接生产中应用。Continuous cropping obstacles of tomato was increasingly serious in Shandong Province. Seven commercial tomato rootstocks collected from domestic and overseas were evaluated through investigating seedling traits of rootstocks,physiological and biochemical indicators and resistance in growth period of grafted seedlings.Some rootstocks were screened out with high grafting survival rate,high growth vigor and strong resistances,in which,Root Stock 1,Qinhe,Root Stock 401 and JZM- 1 could be used for grafting production of tomato.
