摘 要:本文采用3种不同相对粘度的PA6切片,与LDPE以5种不同的共混比通过熔融纺丝法纺制PA6/LDPE基体-微纤(海岛)型纤维。研究了不同相对粘度的PA6和PA6/LDPE共混质量比不同时对纺丝工艺条件的影响规律,以及对PA6/LDPE共混海岛纤维形态结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着PA6相对粘度增加及共混体系中PA6比例增加,需提高纺丝温度;共混纤维的断裂强力随PA6/LDPE共混纤维中PA6组成比和PA6粘度的提高而提高。A group of PA6/LDPE matrix-fibril (island-in-the-sea) fibers were prepared with melt-spinning process by using PA6 chips of three different relative viscosities and LDPE, which were poly-blended according to five different blending ratios and based which, the influence of different relative viscosities and different PA6/LDPE blending ratios on the spinning process conditions as well as the morphological structure and mechanical properties of the PA6/LDPE island-in-the-sea fibers was investigated. The results show that with the increase of PA6 relative viscosity and its ratio in the poly-blended fiber, it is necessary to increase the spinning temperature; and the breaking strength of the blended fiber will increase along with the increase of PA6's ratio and relative viscosity.
