摘　　要：28针特克斯簇尼克花边织物具有轻薄通透、手感细腻、立体感强的特点,服用性能优良,深受市场欢迎。文章围绕28针特克斯簇尼克花边织物的设计方法展开研究,首先介绍了最新的28针特克斯簇尼克花边机器,重点探讨此类花边织物的设计方法,结合生产实践,从花型描绘、梳栉分配、参数设定、花梳工艺设计、贾卡工艺设计和原料选用等方面进行介绍,以期对28针特克斯簇尼克花边织物的研发与生产提供一定参考。Lace fabrics knitted on 28G multi-bar Textronic raschel warp-knitting machine are nowadays always popular among consumers because of its airy and transparent appearance, smooth handle and strong three-dimensional effect. In this paper, the design and development of warp-knitted 28G Textronic lace fabric was studied. Firstly, the characteristics of the latest Textronic lace machine were introduced. Secondly, the requirements on the pattern design of warp-knitted lace were explained. Thirdly, the process planning methods of warp-knitted 28G Textronic lace were described in details, including pattern design, distribution of bars, parameter setting, process design of patterning bars and jacquard bars and selection of raw materials, etc.. The results shown in this paper are helpful to improve the research and production of this kind of lace.
