摘  要:忠旺铝业一期工程是辽宁电网大型用户工程,变电站共设7台13万kVA调压整流变,是辽宁省电力公司首个针对电解行业的220 kV接入工程。由于电解铝采用串联低压大电流电解槽,故站内主要设备调压整流变结构特殊,在中压侧而不是高压侧进行调压且调压范围较大,其相应的零序电流保护亦呈现出一定的特殊性,因此以500 kV系统联变零序电流计算为基础,对调压变各种故障情况下的零序电流进行分析,并尝试给出保护整定方案。Phase-1 project of Zhongwang aluminum-refinery substation is a large-scale customer project of Liaoning power grid. The substation which is the first 220 kV project of electrolysis industry in Liaoning province is composed of 7 transformers with 130 MVA. Electrolytic aluminium use series circuits low-voltage high-current electrolytic tank, regulating rectifier transformers has special struc- ture, voltage regulation is at the middle-pressure side and regulation range is wide, zero-sequence current protection has its unique characteristics. Zero-sequence current is analyzed under various conditions based on the configuration of 500 kV-220 kV transformer and protection measure is proposed in this paper.
