摘　　要：介绍了贝斯丽尔/粘纤仿羊绒仿色纺面料从原料选配、生产试制到成品检测的全过程,通过原液着色低弹丝、线型及织物组织及规格的综合设计,在生产过程中遵循"小张力、防伸长保弹性"的工艺原则,后整理采用"松式加工、低温处理"的工艺条件并结合单面抓毛、罐蒸,使仿羊绒品质与仿色纺风格有机统一,生产方式实现了无上浆、无烧毛、无染色的高效短流程,降低了能耗。The whole process for Besleer/viscose imitated cashmere and color spinning fabric from raw material selecting and blending, production trial and finished products testing was introduced. The low-elastic yarn, line type, fabric weave and specification by dope dyeing were comprehensively designed. The productive process follows the technical principle of minimum tension, resisting elongation and protecting elasticity. The technical condition of loose processing and low- temperature treatment was used in post-finishing and combined with single brushing and full decatizing, making the organic unity of imitated cashmere quality and color spinning style. The production mode can realize efficient short process without starching, singeing and dyeing, and reduce energy consumption.
