摘  要:评价了国内固体火箭发动机喉衬中成功应用的第一代高强石墨、第二代高密高强石墨、第三代各向同性石墨的物理、力学、热学等材料基本性能和抗热冲击、耐烧蚀等应用功能,并与国外相应的石墨材料性能与功能进行了分析对比,为建立喉衬用石墨材料数据库奠定了基础。揭示了石墨材料拉伸强度、热导率、弹性模量及热膨胀系数与抗热冲击功能的关联度。指出适当放大配料方的最大颗粒度,提高石墨化温度和适宜控制石墨材料的密度范围,是提高各向同性石墨材料综合性能的重点改进方向。The paper evaluates the basic material properties including physical,mechanical and thermal properties,then analyses the application performance such as thermal shock resistance and ablation resistance of the first generation high-strength graphite,the second generation high-density and high-strength graphite and the third generation isotropy graphite,which have been successfully applied in throat insert of solid rocket motor in China. Analytical comparison of material properties and functions between above-mentioned graphite and foreign similar graphite has been conducted to lay a foundation to establish a database of throat-insertused graphite material. The correlation among tensile strength,thermal conductivity,elasticity modulus,coefficient thermal expansion and thermal shock resistance has been revealed. The paper indicates that properly increasing the granularity in the formula,raising graphitization temperature and properly controlling the density range of graphite constitute are the major improving directions to enhance the overall performance of isotropy graphite.
