摘　　要：目的完善现行入境外籍人员传染病监管模式。方法通过对工作中遇到的入境外籍人员传染病监测中存在的问题进行归纳分析,提出完善入境外籍人员传染病监管模式的对策与建议。结果现阶段入境外籍人员传染病监管主要存在政策法规不完善,档案不健全,后续监管不到位等问题,应从几个方面入手加强入境外籍人员传染病监测。结论进一步完善国境卫生检疫政策法规;做好长期居留外籍人员健康档案管理;加强与疾控和出入境管理部门合作,完善后续监管措施,是提升保健中心现行传染病监管能力及效率的有效方式。Objective This article aims to improve the supervision methods on infectious diseases among foreign- ers. Methods Through analysis of the problems on infectious diseases monitoring among foreigners, this article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on infectious diseases supervision among foreigners. Results Because of the weakness on policies, healthcare records management and follow - up supervision, it＇s important to improving the infectious diseases supervision among foreigners through some aspects. Conclusion It＇s the effective way to improve the capability and efficiency on infectious diseases supervision through perfecting policies and regulations, improving healthcare records management on long -term resident foreigners, strengthening the cooperation between related departments and follow -up supervision.
