摘　　要：中国社会市场化转型对个人的生活产生了巨大的冲击,帮助个人预防和管理风险的单位制解除,家庭的重要性凸显。本文对国际社会高风险家庭的由来和特征、发展模式、政策及实践进行了梳理分析,期望借助国际社会对高风险家庭已有的措施、政策给予我们重建个人风险防控、建立和谐家庭以启示。China＇s social marketization has a huge impact on personal life. Meanwhile,organization systems,which help people prevent and relieve personal risk,have been abolished. The importance of family is highlighted again. This paper analyses the origin,characteristics,development pattern,policy and practice of the international high-risk family. This paper also hopes to enlighten people to rebuild personal risk prevention and control system and establish a harmonious family by consulting the existing international highrisk family＇s measures and policies.
