摘  要:为避免有机发泡材料易燃、无机发泡材料保温性能差的缺陷,文中制备了一种有机无机杂化发泡材料——环氧树脂/水泥复合发泡保温建筑材料,并采用超景深三维显微系统、万能材料试验机等研究了主要因素对材料微观和宏观性能的影响,确定了实验的最佳配方.本材料质轻高强,属于A级不燃材料,既可保温节能,又可安全防火,市场应用前景广阔.A kind of organic inorganic hybrid foaming material—epoxy resin / cement composite foam thermal insulation building material—is developed to avoid the flammable property of organic foaming materials and the worse insulation performance of inorganic foam material. The 3-dimensional digital microscope system and the universal testing machine are used to explore the effects of various factors on micro-and macroscopic properties of materials,and the overall performance of the three materials are compared to identify the best formula. This composite foam material is of lightweight and has highstrength,so it is a kind of Class A non-combustible material. This material can be both thermal insulating and fire-proof. So it has a broad prospect market with its low cost.
