摘　　要：通过对异性坯低温冲击用钢生产中存在的质量问题进行分析，研究提升铸坯质量的措施，主要从窄成分控制、钢水脱氧、保护渣的设计及二冷水模型的设定等多个方面入手，从而提高钢水的质量，满足轧材性能要求。In this paper, through analyzing the quality problems on to the beam blank steel for the marine steel at low temperature impact, and researching measures to improve steel quality. It mainly obtains from the control of narrow composition, designs of deoxidation of molten steel, and the sets of slag and secondary cooling water model in many aspects, so as to improve the quality of molten steel to meet requirements of performance of rolling material.
