摘　　要：介绍了35t转炉钢板焊接结构水冷炉口的制造工艺（包括放样、画线、下料、组对、施焊、退火、水压试验和检查工序）。通过严格对构件组对过程的测量监控，优化焊接工艺，采用整体退火消除残余应力工艺，成功地制造了长寿命的水冷炉口。实际应用证明，水冷炉口的使用寿命达到6096炉以上。This article introduces manufacture technology of water-cooling plate-welded mouth of 35t BOF which consists of laying off, marking off, pairing, hydraulic pressure testing and checking. Through strict measurement and control of pairing process of component parts, welding technology optimization and residual stress relaxation with the help of integral anneal, long-life water-cooling moth is made successfully. Application of the water-cooling mouth demonstrates that its service life is over 6 096 heats.
